WORKGROUP OBJECTIVES
- To establish a register for retrospective cohorts already available (biosample and clinical data collection) and enrolment of prospective patients.
- To generate a document detailing all clinical and microbiological variables to be collected and registered.
- To create an infrastructure for multicenter trials and trainings to ensure compliance and performance of SOPs.
- To establish quantitative criteria for classification and assessment of the quality of clinical samples.
- Organize meetings and STSMs to address biobanking requirements and ICH-GCP guidelines.
